A gas / liquid filter for satellite and space equipment developed by VACCO of the United States. The original Etched Disk Filter is a laminated disc type using titanium or stainless steel, and exhibits an excellent filtration effect while ensuring a very small flow path. In addition, since there are no welded parts or brazed parts, it ensures a clean environment and is used to prevent contamination of precision parts such as control systems, servo valves, and actuators.
